All orders are pre-orders. When an item ships is stated with it; if an order comes from two deliveries, we send it in two parcels and cover the second postage. After that: 2–3 working days to Germany, 3–5 working days to Austria and 4–8 working days to the other EU countries. Shipping is free from 59€.

Yes. The letters clip firmly onto the strap and stay put, whether your dog is playing, swimming or digging.

Yes. The PVC-coated webbing doesn't absorb water and doesn't smell. After the lake or a muddy walk, just wipe it down and it looks as good as new.

Yes. Our letters aren't printed on, they're simply clipped on. That's why you can return personalised orders within 14 days too.

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Write to us as quickly as possible using the contact form and include your order number. If your parcel is already on its way, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Depending on your country, you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna. You'll see which payment methods are available in your country at checkout.

Yes, with Klarna. You only pay 30 days after your order. Checkout will show you whether paying later is available in your country.

No. You can simply order without an account. You'll receive your order confirmation and all updates about your parcel by email.

Please check your spam folder first. The confirmation usually arrives a few minutes after ordering. If nothing has arrived, write to us using the contact form with your name and the email address you ordered with.

At checkout there's a field for discount codes and gift cards. The discount is deducted straight away.

Return shipping costs are paid by you. We recommend sending it with a tracking number so your parcel reaches us safely.

Of course. Send the collar back to us within 14 days and simply order the right size again. That's the fastest way to get it.

As soon as your return has arrived, we'll refund the amount within a few days using the payment method you paid with.

Place a soft tape measure around the neck where the collar will sit. You should be able to fit two fingers between the strap and the fur. No tape measure to hand? Use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler afterwards.

S fits 19–26 cm and is ideal for puppies and small dogs. M fits 25–36 cm for medium-sized dogs, L fits 34–52 cm for large dogs. You'll find all the tips in our size guide.

The sizes overlap slightly so every dog finds a fit. If the neck size is right in the overlap, choose the larger size. That gives you more room to adjust.

Choose the size where the current neck size is at the lower end. That way the collar grows with your puppy for a while. And when it gets too small, the letters simply move to the new collar.

All collars and leashes are 1.9 cm wide.

Our leash is 150 cm long, ideal for everyday life in town and on walks.

No, there are no umlauts or numbers. Simply write umlauts out in full, for example JÖRG becomes JOERG.

Yes. The letters come in 7 colours that match all collars and leashes. Tone on tone or colourfully mixed, just as you like.

Yes, each letter costs 2€ and is available individually. Go to the letters.

Simply pull them off and clip them on again. The letters fit on all of our collars and leashes. A new look in 30 seconds.

The webbing is made of polyester with a PVC coating, the D-ring of zinc alloy and the buckle of plastic. The letters are made of 100% silicone.

Simply wipe with lukewarm water and a little mild washing-up liquid and let it air dry. Please don't put it in the tumble dryer or on the radiator.

No. The coated strap doesn't absorb water. That's why it doesn't smell, even after a muddy walk.

Yes, all metal parts are nickel-free.

Please don't let them. The collar, leash and letters aren't toys. The letters are small parts, so check regularly that everything is securely in place.

Yes, 12 months on material and workmanship. If something breaks during this time that shouldn't break, we'll replace it.

Right here in the shop: go to the gift card. It arrives instantly by email.

The gift card is valid for at least three years. Any remaining balance stays on the code for that time.

Simply enter the code from the email at checkout. The amount is deducted from the order straight away.

Yes. When buying, tick “Send directly to the recipient”, enter their email address and choose the date. The gift card will arrive on exactly that day.

If the gift card isn't used up in one go, the rest stays on the code and can be redeemed on the next order.

A small team from Braunschweig and Pablo, our office dog. We develop and design everything ourselves and pack every order by hand. Find out more about us.

All our products are developed and designed by us in Braunschweig. They are made by a certified partner in China that we work closely with.

That's a deliberate decision: made in Germany, a collar would cost many times as much, and we believe every dog person should be able to afford a good collar. Before a product goes into the shop, we test it thoroughly ourselves, and every order passes through our hands in Braunschweig.
